Sick of cooking at home? Tired of the same old restaurants? Want to support our dedicated kitchen workers? Those are a few great reasons to try Koinonia Cafe To-Go when the service debuts on Wednesday, Sept. 9. Food Service Director Elizabeth Ferguson says, “Although we can’t gather to break bread, we can dine upon lovingly prepared Wilshire meals within our own homes. Zoom lunch or dinnertime get-together, anyone?”
Here’s how it works:
*Place your order online here and pay by Tuesday, Sept. 8 for pickup on Sept. 9. Link is also available at wilshirebc.org/registration
*Payment must be made online via credit/debit card or ACH bank transfer at the time of ordering.
*You must pick up your order between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Wednesday. Park in one of the designated spots alongside the Sanctuary near the South Atrium. Someone will attend to you and bring your order. Please wear a mask and stay in your car.
*Meals are served chilled but are fully cooked. Meals intended to be re-heated will include instructions.
