Wednesday Night Live: Dinner & Faith Formation for All Ages

Join us Wednesday nights for dinner and faith formation for all ages.

May 8, 2024, will be the final Wednesday Night Live before a break for the summer. May 8 will include a 6 p.m. KidConnect open house and a 6 p.m. “Stump the Ministers” Q&A session in Community Hall. Preschool Music, Missions and More will not be offered May 8 but childcare will be provided. Sanctuary Choir will continue after May 8 and will take a break later in the summer. 

Koinonia Café
5 – 6 p.m. | Community Hall | Buffet-style dinner for the whole family, with kid-friendly options available. Cash/check/credit card accepted at the door. Full Meal: $10 for ages 10 and up; $5 for kids 4 to 9; free for kids 3 and under; $35 household max. Soup & Salad Meal: $7. To-go meals available. First-time guests eat free! Contact Carolyn Murray. Music, Missions & More
6 – 7 p.m. | Age 3 – Pre-K | Preschool choir, plus fun activities and lessons focused on God’s love and caring for others. Contact Julie Girards

KidConnect
6 – 7 p.m. | K – Grade 6 | KidConnect features a rotation of activities to help kids learn how to love God and others with every part of themselves. Each week is different, with activities including art, music, recreation, science, puppets and cooking. Contact Julie Girards

Bible Study
6 – 7 p.m. | Community Hall | Led by Senior Pastor Timothy Peoples and other Wilshire ministers. See Current News page or Tapestry newsletter for current series or topic.

Watershed
6:30 p.m. | Wilshire Student Ministry’s time of weekly Bible study in the Youth Center.

Sanctuary Choir
7 p.m. | Wilshire’s main adult choir rehearses weekly in choral hall. New singers welcome. No audition.

Childcare for infants to 2-year-olds whose parents are involved in church activities is offered 6 – 7:15 p.m.
