Exercise and Wellness Classes
Physical therapy students from Texas Woman’s University are leading a series of free exercise and wellness classes at Wilshire starting Monday, Oct. 14. The classes will be a great way to stay active and have fun in a supportive environment. Classes will be held Mondays from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. in Rooms 3301 and 3303.
