Shaffon Alexander began as Wilshire’s director of finance in July 2025. She has extensive experience in the nonprofit and government sectors; before coming to Wilshire she was director of finance and accounting for Goodwill of North Central Texas, and she previously held accounting roles at AIDS Services of Dallas, MHMR of Tarrant County and the Department of Health and Human Services. 

A native of Arkansas, Shaffon holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in accounting from Colorado Technical University and the University of Arkansas at Monticello, respectively.

She is a member of the North Texas Business and Professional Women’s League, the Ladies Auxiliary of VFW and the National Association of Tax Professionals. Shaffon has volunteered with AIDS Services of Dallas, the Metro Dallas Homeless Alliance, Black Tie Dinner, the Purple Foundation of Dallas and the Prism Health LifeWalk.
