BWIM presents Beth Allison Barr

Bestselling author Beth Allison Barr will discuss the state of women in the Southern Baptist Convention on Tuesday, June 10, at 7:30 p.m. at First United Methodist Church of Dallas. Baptist Women in Ministry is presenting the event, timed to coincide with the SBC’s annual meeting in Dallas. According to BWIM Executive Director Meredith Stone, the event’s goal is “for there to be a presence of affirmation for women’s equality at, or at least near, the SBC annual meeting so that perhaps women, or even just one woman, might realize there are Baptists who see women’s value and equality in a different way.”
