Stolen Lives T-Shirt Making

All are invited to Community Hall after worship today as we prepare 200 additional T-shirts for the Stolen Lives (Vidas Robadas) advocacy project. Boxed lunches will be provided. In this campaign created by advocacy agency Texas Impact, each shirt memorializes a local victim of gun violence. Wilshire participated last year by creating shirts and displaying them along Abrams Road. All shirts from Wilshire and churches statewide will be displayed at the state capitol in Austin on Feb. 27, Gun Violence Awareness Day.
